Welcome to the website of the TIM distillery and our brand of homemade brandy The Gift of Heights.
The distillery was founded in 2013. It is located on the slopes of Mount Rudnik, at the foot of the Ramaća Highlands, at an altitude of 600 meters, in the Šumadija village of Ramaća.
Out of gratitude to nature, which provides the finest conditions for growing plums, our brandy was named The Gift of Heights.
Sheltered by the mountain Heights from the northern winds and facing the sunny east and south, our plum orchards bask in sunlight from early morning until evening.
The high-altitude, rich, and well-aerated soil provides us with ideal conditions for growing plums.
We simply recognized what was given to us and turned it into our business, our profession, and above all, our greatest passion.
When the land is covered in the deep blue of freshly shaken plums, our work is already halfway done.
Here, tradition and experience are complemented by science — by the new knowledge we acquire every day.
We dedicate ourselves to every fruit and every detail of the production process, striving for perfection.
Only then does the true taste begin to flow — The Gift of Heights.
The final drop from the still tells us it is time for a long rest.
We pour the brandy into oak barrels, where it is left to age and mature for many years.
In the ideal conditions of the TIM distillery cellar, The Gift of Heights acquires its final character and taste.
And here we are, after a long period of rest — the moment has come to pour this liquid gold into our now recognizable bottles.
We taste it and recognize that velvety, fruity character — a flavor that lingers, a taste that defines The Gift of Heights.
This story has no end. We continue it at fairs, on market shelves, and on the tables of many restaurants.
